Tennant’s lawsuit had accused Walton of forcefully committing lewd sexual acts, including unwanted kissing and groping, in a Santa Monica hotel room in 2017.

She has now asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, which would mean that the suit cannot be filed again.

Tennant’s case did not receive broad support, as TMZ suggests her attorneys basically admitted there was no video or photo evidence to help the lawsuit’s key claims.
